Shipping policy

Everything ships from Istanbul.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Türkiye only. International shipping is coming. Join the list on the homepage and you will hear about it first.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. Drop days are busier, so packing can take an extra day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Istanbul is usually at the shorter end.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is 125 ₺. Orders over 1.750 ₺ ship free.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for three business days, write to us and we will chase it.

If delivery fails

Carriers usually try twice and then hold the parcel at the nearest branch for a few days. If it comes back to us undelivered, we contact you to arrange a resend or a refund.
